Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Embroidery Courses (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of Service
You may use the Service for personal learning and skills development. Access is provided for your own use and may not be shared with others unless explicitly allowed by a plan.
Course materials (videos, files, patterns, text, and any downloads) are licensed, not sold. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display course content without prior written permission.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or harms the Service, other users, or our partners.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at [email protected].
We may require verification steps to protect your account and the Service.
3. Payments
Prices, plan details, and what’s included are shown before you purchase. By confirming a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the payment method you provide.
Taxes may apply depending on your location. If a subscription plan is offered, it renews automatically until cancelled, as disclosed at checkout.
Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the course or plan terms shown at the time of purchase. If a refund is granted, access to the refunded content may be removed.
4. User Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully in comments, communities, and any interactive features. Do not harass, threaten, or post unlawful content.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its security features.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce community standards and safety.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or operational needs. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
